Monday or Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm
Zumba - A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. You do not need to be a dancer or have dance experience to take this class. Just an open mind and a willingness to work hard.
PiYo - A fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch!
Total Body Work Out - This class is a mixture of cardio and strengthening exercises to give your entire body a work out. Class will be different every time but it is sure to get you sweating and give you a great work out!
